     he had been avoiding the narrow streets of Diagon Alley since his return, knowing fully well that the mere whisper of his family name would immediately alarm anyone ( though, he was fortunate that no image of him was posted on any of the articles -- which made sense since he was not against anyone ; they were young students trying to survive ). though, paranoia still pervaded his thoughts as hands hid in his pocket ; head lowered then lest one might recognise him. as he made his way to the nearest tea shop, he looked back ( a habit he had learnt from the WAR ), and thus he stumbled on to someone ; he clicked his tongue, composing himself as he glared at the other person whose features seemed familiar to him ( and it was -- he remembered seeing her at Hogwarts -- a housemate, whose name escaped him ). ‘ You, ‘ he said, eyes narrowed, but not because of hostility, but of familiarity. ‘ I know you. ‘ he said in a whispering voice.
